what is a good gift for DS from new baby

I  know  it's  been  suggested  to  get a  gift  from  the  new  baby to DS but for  the  life  of  me  can't think of  anything? He will be  almost  16 months  when   I' m  due  and  it  has to  be  something  easy  I  can  pack  in  the  hospital  bag.  I know  I'm  probably  over thinking this  but  just  looking  for  some  ideas.  thanks.

My DS was 22 months when DD came along, and the gift we got him "from" her was a Fisher Price Little People fire truck.  (If you google "Michael and His Rescue Rig" you will see it, sorry I can't do a link!)

He loved it, still plays with it now.  Actually, now they both play with it.  We brought it in our hospital bag too.

An old coworker got a dog tag style chain for her older son from his baby brother. It was engraved on the front with his name and on the back with "love ya bro" or something like that. Her oldest was 5, though, when the baby was born.

Still, if we do this kind of thing for DD with baby #2 comes, I like the idea of doing something more sentimental and lasting. Personalizationmall.com or Things Remembered might have good ideas for something along those lines?

We got DD a the LeapFrog first leaptop.  She loooves it!  You can personalize it just like the my pal toys.  There is even a place where they receive "email" that you can personalize from the new baby!
