What are you up to today?

It is (finally!) nice here (Seattle area) so SD and I are painting our nails outside on the deck and when DD wakes up we are gong to take her in the kiddie pool that DH just set up. Then some friends are coming over for dinner tonight!

So happy to see the sun today!

It is gorgeous her in MN today.  We went out to breakfast and ate in the patio garden there.  I'm at mom's now helping put together invites for my sisters wedding (it is amazing how boring it is when it is not your wedding).  DD is taking a nap, but we set up the pool for her to play in when she gets up.  No plans tonight, which is nice.

It's sunny and super super hot here..nearly 100 degrees out.    Went out to breakfast, adn lunch, with some friends and went yard saling. Picked up some neutral-colored baby clothes!    Tonight we're going over to same friend's house to play board games.   All in all, a good day!

One of DH's job duties is working with the police department in"his" community. Today they threw this big event at a the community skate park with pro skaters, demos, competitions and loads of good and prizes for the kids. I've ben here since 8:30 this morning!

It's an awesome 90 some degrees in WI, and DH is firing up the grill. I just spent two hours giving myself a pedicure and manicure.  That's probably my last pedi cause it was HARD to reach my toes!! HAHA!!  But they look professionally done, if I do say so myself. ; )

DD and I went to the library and got a few new books. After a lovely nap we headed over to the carnival. Some friends, my brother & his gf meet us there and we had a blast. We had dinner out and got back a little while ago. I just read DD some books and now it's time to fold some laundry.

awww everyone's day sounded so nice!

DH is out of town for business, so I spent a rainy day (Toronto) working on my report cards (I'm a teacher).  I'll imagine I was doing something fun and sunny though!
