T&P please

Tucker has been running a fever on and off for 3 days now so I decided to take him to the dr. this morning.  She couldn't find the source of the fever so she sent us for blood work, a chest xray and urine sample.  I am sure that it is nothing but me being a worried Mamma can't stop thinking about it.  He is sleeping right now and actually his fever has broken.  So that makes me feel better.

Will be thinking of him, keep us posted!  M & G had a virus last year that caused a fever on and off for a few days.  Very strange and had me worried, but all was well!

Don't know if this will help at all or not but Max ran a 105 fever when he was a little guy.  They ended up running the same tests you are mentioning to rule out Pneumonia, which can be a cause of the ongoing high fever.  The urine, blood, and xray all came back negative and he was just diagnosed with a virus. 

I hope it ends up being just that for you and I hope your little guy feels better soon.  T&Ps...I know it is so hard to watch your LO go through all of that and feel so helpless.
