Thank you to the mama who suggested this in a post the other day about getting toddlers to drink their milk. Eliza has just not been a big fan of WCM ever since we dropped the bottles, but I bought some wild berry whole milk kefir today and mixed it in with her milk and she has had more today than this whole week combined. Winning! Thanks, again!

It's a probiotic drink. Kind of like yogurt, but with way more active cultures and more liquidy. It is 99% lactose free and has lots of protein, calcium and nutrients in it. Great base for smoothies!

Wegman's has it in their specialty yogurt section. It comes in a plastic bottle.
