Hamburger meat question

I ordered a cheesburger medium well to-go for lunch. I take it back to my office and it's very pink all throughout the entire middle. I nuked it in the microwave for a little over 2 minutes so now it's brown. Would you eat it? I am debating calling the restaurant for a new one, but I have to walk in 90 degree heat for 3 blocks to go there again!

I'm not a fan of nuked meat, but I would feel safe eating it.    Especially if the alternative is walking in 90 degree heat...again.

I would have eaten it before you attempted to microwave the crap outta it..I don't think I would have eaten it after the microwaving it..mainly because I'm a burger snob and like my meat with a little color in it

I've been eating med rare meat sporadically throughout this pg and everything's fine.

If you microwaved it and it's now brown throughout I think it would be totally fine. I would still call the restaurant and tell them though, that's not good that they're letting it go out like that. Although all restaurants have slightly different definitions of done-ness. I always order well done for burgers to be clear that I want no pink.

Thanks, ladies. I tried it after I read your responses and it's soooooo gross. The bun hardened and the meat doesn't taste the same. I am going to call and complain

I would complain, and have at a few restaurants this pregnancy.  I get a little special when people mess up my food.
