It is going to sound silly but I am so upset. I have been collecting a bag of DDs artwork for a few years. I wanted to go through it and pull the special pieces and save them. Well, I go to look for the bag and I can't find it. DH thinks he RECYCLED IT!!! The man who saves everything recycled the one thing I was holding onto. Typical. He holds onto crap long after it is useful but his daughters artwork he throws away??? It would have been awhile ago so it is gone. 

 I was looking for a picture of me pg with DS. A friend posted a picture on fb that reminded me of how DD drew me with Josh in my belly. I love how she drew a tiny person over my tummy. GONE!!!

I am furious at DH and totally heartbroken that the artwork is gone. I am being overly dramatic I know but I am sitting here in tears.

I normally save special pieces, and throw away papers when we get them, but I totally understand where you are coming from.

 

My husband will hang onto something for years, but if it's mine, he will throw it away quicker than anything.

OMG, this. That is prob. why I am so upset. If its not his it doesn't count.

I can understand your pain. We found out that all our videos of Gracie as a baby, ie. the day she was born, bringing her home, learning to walk and crawl, etc...ALL ERASED. We still have no idea how. They are ALL gone. SO painful and infuriating.

That being said, try not to be too mad at DH. I'm sure he didn't mean it and probably feels bad enough about it inside.
