Dull Cramps and EWCM

Any idea why I would have dull cramps (all day long, kind of like AF ones) and EWCM?
At first I thought they were phantom symptoms, but I'm really having these dull cramps - sometimes I need to deep breathe through them and the EWCM is definitely there. I'm not asking if I'm pregnant, lol, I'm 4DPO 
. But any ideas what this could be?

Maybe mittelschmerz (ovulation) pain? Really, I'm not sure but I'm experiencing the same pain (only really severe) with backache as well as EWCM. Hope we both feel better soon!
Edit: From what I've read about it, the ovulation pain can happen after O, not just during.
My vagina screamed when I read your advice to "go sex it up!"
. I've had so much sex and a crazy sexathon during my O fakeout that if I haven't O'd yet, I'm ok with just chalking it up to bad timing this month and calling it a cycle. Geesh... I hope I already O'd...
