Follicle q and timing!

i got a smiley on an opk yesterday and today my follicle was a 19..and my lining, which is my MAIN issue...was 4.2. doc said ovulation in at least a day or two but to wait for blood work...nurse said based on my bloodwork i prob wont ovulate till around thurs or even friday...which is important bc i need a few more days for lining growth!!....how big do the follicles get without a trigger?? and when should we have TI?? ....(i am not triggering this month).....so much for the opk!

this is it ladies...if no BFP this month, moving on to the big guns (IVF) next month...i think!!! so confused....it's all bc of the lining and my doc is still not positive it's an issue...that some women just have thinner linings.....but then again, do i want to wait around to find out?? HELP!!!

I can only answer part of your question.  My follies get to about 23 on unmedicated cycles.  Don't know when you should have TI, it didn't work for us   Are you doing an IUI as well as the TI?  If you are, ask your RE what they want you to be doing.  Good Luck!!

I usually get to 20-22 before I trigger, but I don't know how much bigger they would get without one before ovulation.  I wish I could be of more help.  I would definitely call your RE's office.  Hopefully, they can provide you with all the answers you need, and loads of luck!

Is your dr doing anything to help your lining?  That was always a big issue for me, and I've done estrogen patches (vivelle dot) in the past, and this cycle I am doing viagra suppositories and baby asprin, which has worked pretty well.  I have never heard of a dr say that "some women just have thinner linings"...the lining is pretty important for implantation from what I've been told!
