Questions about seller "stockings"

Resident newbie here.  I have seen you ladies talk about "stockings" from the sellers you like, I'm guessing on HC. Is this just when the seller is scheduled to put up a bunch of new items? Do they sell out like wildfire?

    The answer to all of your questions is Yes.

    Well, for most of the popular ones they sell out within the first second.

    Ditto pixy. Seriously some of them like Twinkie Tush and Doodle Dypes are gone in less than a second. Its insane.
