F/U to this weekend's garage door fiasco

Just got our first quote if we have to replace the entire door... $1,560.  I nearly threw up when I saw that.  We live in a freaking townhome that isn't super expensive, but they must have had some nice garage doors put in (the quote was supposedly for the exact match).

Needless to say I'm now looking into other possibilities including repair if the door isn't completely ruined.

Just what I like to be dealing with while I'm home waiting for DD to decide she's had enough of my tummy!!  

Of course, maybe getting quotes like this one will jump-start the labor process...

Oh, that's a good question.  Don't know why I didn't think to look into that, I will have to leave them a message to find out!  Thanks!
