OMFG - Casey Anthony trial

Casey's attorney wants her to stand so her mother can look and see if Casey looks pregnant. The judge asked the attorneys to approach, and the commentator said (not meaning for the world to hear) "all you're going to see now are boobs sticking out today."

Oopsies.

    Cindy testified that she couldn't tell she was pregnant when she was, and she said it's because Casey was sedentary. Jose pointed out that she's sedentary in jail and wants Cindy to answer whether she was a large, protruding belly now.

    What does any of this have to do with proving that Casey killed her kid? You can't go w/ an "I didn't know I was KU defense" when the kid is three years old.

    I am not watching but it sounds like a ploy to discredit her as a witness. If they can make the jury doubt anything they could doubt everything else she says.

    That's ridiculous. They are seriously grasping at straws.

    How is Jose going to explain the duct tape? Who duct tapes a drowning victim's mouth shut?
