I really blew it this weekend

I forgot my thermometer and OPK's on the counter at home and we were away Thurs-Monday. I had one day of EWCM last week and we took advantage ot that. Today I temped and I had a huge spike...I am kind of hoping it's because it was so hot and I awoke a few times at night and not that I O'd...otherwise I think I'm screwed.
