Cleaning w/ Tea Tree Oil

Anyone know the "recipe" for dilution of TTO? Anyone have any experience cleaning with it and would you recommend it? If you've used it, what surfaces do you and don't you use it on. I think I've heard 7-8drops of TTO and 7-8drops of vinegar to 28oz. TIA
