I posted below that DH is on a fishing trip with the guys.

My youngest brother just called me (he graduated college last week!) anto offer to come down (he lives an hour away) and stay with me tonight and help me out tomorrow!  How cute is that?  I don't know many 22 year old guys that are willing to sacrifice their nights off!

I told him I'd keep him posted on how my day went to see if it was necessary.  I just thought that was really sweet.  I hope I can raise my kids to be that thoughtful.

Is he single? I would say I totally want to fix him up with one of my friends but I realized that I don't know any 22 year olds anymore! (except on the bump).

My husband went to Vegas a few months ago and my sister came to help.  I didn't really need her there but it was just nice to have some company especially once they went to bed.

ugh where was he like 2 yrs ago?!  i cant say much though, DH was just as sweet when i first met him. but your brother sounds like an amazing guy. some girl is going to be VERY  lucky.

Haha- he broke up with his last long-term one last year.  He's not at a loss for dates though, I assure you. He and my sister sucked up all the "hot" genes in the pool!!!

oh well. i think my DH is a hottie even with his current temper issues, which have been being talked about since last night. i think we might be getting somewhere ladies. he has agreed to do research on controling his anger, and when he starts with that, we will approach the therapy qs again. *sigh of relief*

That is really sweet. I can count on one hand the number of times my brothers have seen my twins since they've been born and they are almost 8 months old.

I'd take him up on that offer just so you guys can have some sibling time.

You're right- I just called him.  He's coming!  Woohooo.  B has been crying all.day.long- I think she's getting back teeth in - ughghghgh.  And they are both refusing to nap this afternoon because it's so effing  hot.......we get our central air installed on Wednesday- THANK GOD.

Anyway....he's going to hang out with my other brother (who lives close to me) and then come sleep here and help me out tomorrow.  He's bringing his swimsuit so we can take the girls to my BF's pool.

im so glad you called him!!! you guys are gonna have a ton of fun! i miss my brothers. being a million miles away from family sucks. both of my brothers call once a week though just to check in. they have told me multiple times to just come back home and live with them. (they are both married with little girls of their own. oldest bro Jeremy has a 2 yr old and middle child Scott has a 10 yr old.) scott and i are 11 yrs apart in age. i was adopted at birth. but ne way. i was going to say, they are trying to get me to come back home and live with them so they can play with the twins my brothers have never been like this b4 i had kids, now they want to be my best friend. idk its weird, but ill take what attention from them i can get.

 

i am so so so glad you'll have help. so sorry about the fussyness. hope she starts to feel better! and have fun at the pool!! i envy you right now! i want to get out and go swimming or fishing, or something.
