How do you use your AFFF hemp inserts?

I just got my AFFF hemp inserts and wondering how you all use them. I'd like to use them at night in our BG pockets. Do you use just the hemp? Or do you also use the insert that came with the pocket? If you use both, which one goes closest to your LO's bum? Thanks in advance

I always put the newborn double on top since MF absorbs faster and pulls moisture away.  If I was doing it overnight I would use the full size insert.

We use a BG 4.0 at night with the MF insert closet to the baby and then the AFFF tri-folded.

This. We use the smaller MF insert. We also do this same thing with FBs.
