Pampers are $1.49 at Harris Teeter...$5.99 e-vic price - $1.50 e-vic coupon (you have to load onto your card) - $3.00 manufacturer coupon = $1.49! Or you can use the $1.50 manufacturer coupon from the last P&G insert...which still makes them $2.99/pack!
