HOLY BATMAN FOLLICLES! *****E2 updated

I don't mean to be an AW- but I had to tell u ladies what happened!!!!!!!

At yesterday's u/s I had only 12 measurable follies.. today... 21!?!?!? WHAT??? Did that many really grow- or did the RE doing the u/s today just have a better eye? I dunno but I'm in shock! I've NEVER HAD that many! 

 

10-12 are in the mature range. I trigger tonight. ER Wednesday. I haven't heard what my E2 # is for today- but I can't hardly wait for that call! EDIT::: they just called E2 is up from 1840 to 2991!!!!!!!!!

(My tummy is extremely uncomfortable today. I tried to mow the yard a little while ago and I got the front done and half the back before I had to quit. All the bumps and jostling was just too much. I could feel every follicle in there lol. DH will have to finish after work tonight.)

 EDIT: FORGOT TO TELL YOU. MY b/p is up pretty high 150/100. They said it's b/c my E2 is so high. They said to watch for headaches and blurred vision. Oy vey. We'll see... T&P's please!!!!

    Wow!  That is awesome!  I hope you aren't too uncomfortable!

    After 1 IUI, 3 IVF's with CGH/CCS testing, 10 early miscarriages, and lots of tears and frustration, we are moving on to Domestic Infant Adoption!  We are so excited to see what the future holds.

    Final IUI - Lucky #7! IUI with DS - 20.Jun.2011 - 21.5 mil motile! Not so lucky - BFFN and the end of our IF journey....
    Waiting for our family to be complete through Adoption - May 2012 - Hoping our baby finds us soon!

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN

    Please please please watch for OHSS signs and make sure you know under what circumstances to call your RE. Drink gatorade and eat salty foods. A jump like that could be a warning sign.

    IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
    IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN
    IVF #2.2 w ICSI in Dec 2010 = BFN
    Met with new RE in new city on 1/31/11.
    IVF #3 w ICSI in April 2011. HPT on 5/9 = BFP!
    Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
    Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
    IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
    IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
    ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer :(
    Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
    IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
    IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

    lol- he's been working sooo much. I was trying to surprise him. I told my RN when she called and she said, nooooo don't mow, u have volleyballs growing inside u. hahaha Lay down and rest- drink lots of fluids and take tylenol. So I'm gonna!

    Sorry I've been foggy from a headache.  I should have said what was the maximum number of eggs you retrieved in a cycle prior to this?  My doctor suspects I am DOR too, and he's going to up my stim dose.  I'm doing antagonist again, and I'd love to see results like yours.

    6/28/10: Lost our sweet baby Addyston at 18wk 1day to pPROM 7/24/11: Michael William born at 24wk 2d due to IC after an emergent cerclage at 18wks, 4wk home BR and 2 weeks hospital BR. Grow strong our little Miracle! 9/17/11: Michael joined his sister in heaven after 8 amazing weeks with us on earth. He fought a very hard fight but NEC was too much for him in the end.
