I get the powdered stuff from cash and carry. super easy just add coconut milk. We also add extra PB and some soy.

made this 2 weeks ago, kids devoured it.   Grilled the chicken for tony and I, instead of stir fry.   for the kids (they eat by 6, DH is home at 7/730) I added some pre-grilled chicken.   Toddler love.
