Myringotomy

DD is scheduled for her myringotomy on Tuesday. She has had 11 ear infections within a 14 month time span. It's about time the ENT wants to fix the problem!

I'm a nervous wreck. I know lots of kids have tubes put in their ears, but the thought of putting my LO under anesthesia is making my stomach turn. The doctor assured me he does hundreds of these procedures a month and that it's safer than driving on a NJ highway.

Please share your experiences with me and help me feel better!
