Hi, my mom and I are deciding what to order/make for my baby shower that she's having at her house, and I have no idea where to start. Have you thrown a party at home for 40 or so people? What did you serve? Thanks!
When I was toying with the idea of having a shower, I was thinking of making a tray of eggplant parm, penne w/vodka sauce, meatballs w/peppers and onions, a coldcut tray, potato and pasta salad, and cake. I think it's nice to offer a variety and to make sure you have more than enough.
Re: Baby shower at home - menu?
I had about 25 at my shower. We had sandwiches a few sides and of course a cake. I was plenty.
