I guess when a sono tech says 16w is too early to determine the babys' sex you should take heed. What I thought was a boy is indeed a (stubborn) girl! We still never got a real clear picture, but after looking for about 20 minutes everyone agrees B is a girl (this is the one in question after the last sono). We are team pink all the way!
Both girls are measuring at 19w3d, both weigh appx 11oz. A's HB was 150, B's was 160. A has her butt in B's face and B doesn't seem to appreciate it, we have a pic of what looks like B punching A's butt haha
Both are breech I know it's early, but going to do all I can from this point on to urge them to flip and stay that way.

How to tell my boys apart

My blog * We made the national news!
Congrats on Team Pink! Girls are a lot of fun Your DS will be an awesome big brother to 2 little sisters!
I agree with not trusting the early gender guesses....with the twins, they said B/G and it was really G/G a few weeks (and every appt. there on out) later.
With my singleton, they said 95% boy earlier on and I am still holding my breath...I go in on Mon. (I'll be a hair over 20 wks) so I'm hoping baby is cooperating to confirm!
I'm still in shock...didn't realize how set my mind was on b/g. I'm thrilled they are doing so well, and we have loads of little girl clothes in waiting to be donated. I do wish we had another bedroom, all 3 kids will have to share for a while, until my husband can graduate and get a job. Hopefully no more than 2 more years (probably more like 1.5 because he always takes summer school - trying to expedite this!!).
Now my hope is that they are ID haha
Congrats on the baby girls!! I am sure it was a shocker to find out she was a girl after having b/g in your head for a few weeks!
Girls are a lot of fun!

Still adjusting! haha I have 2 nieces, ages 4 and 2, so it will be fun for my girls to have older girls to play with and look up to! Actually, everyone on my husband's side of the family has 2 girls and 1 boy, we are the anomoly only in that we had our boy first and not last.
I was so convinced that we were having girls, not boys, that even after two ultrasounds confirming, I waited for the amnio results to say, "okay, they ARE boys"
It's such a weird feeling to think one thing and then shift your mindset to another.
But, sounds like they are healthy little girls and all is great! Raising my daughter has been one of the greatest joys - minus her tantrums, of course
Thanks for sharing your fun ultrasound story!
