Give me your best party recipes- 

appetizers, sides, dips, etc...  trying to come up with a menu - summer bbq

 some ideas-

cold veggie pizza (the one w/ cream cheese and raw veggies)

Pizza bread roll ups

burgers/brats on the grill

veggie/chx kabobs

pasta salad

ice cream cone cupcakes 

fresh fruit

strawberry lemonade

and a few dips...

I love this grape salad. A local restaurant here has it and I've been making it at home forever and this blog I follow just recently posted the recipe as well. Delicious!

And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this salad! My mom made one similar growing up and I never got her recipe..this is pretty much exactly what her's tasted like.

For other appetizers, check out Annie's Eats blog. I love her spicy sausage dip..that would be great for a summer BBQ!

I also love grilled fruit..peach slices, apple slices, pineapple slices.

Corned Beef Dip (absolute favorite in my family)

1 pks (8 oz each) of cream cheese2 Tablespoons of milk2 pkgs (2 oz each) corned beef2 Tablespoons dry onion flakes1/8 teaspoon pepper1/2 cup of sour cream 

Blend everything but beef.  Cut up beef and stir in.  Bake in a glass dish 15 minutes at 350.  I serve with wheat thin crackers.  Also good with rye bread.
