Who stalks their registry?!?

Just a silly question... Is it more common to look at your registry before your shower than it is to be surprised and not look?I have held off on looking at mine and my shower is a week away. Don't get me wrong it is tough when it is so accessible! No judgement either way,  just curious... lol

Nope! I did the same thing all the way up until the day before my shower. Haha. I still check it, even though my shower was over a week ago. Just in case family from out of town is buying anything

Haha. My shower is Saturday so I can hold out right?!? Darn internet makes everything so tempting... My husband says even if I check it I will not know who bought what... He is not helping. Haha. I am sure I will check it plenty after the shower "just in case"

I stalked my registry a few times, but I forgot what had been purchased anyhow so it didn't matter, I was still surprised. I had a shower yesterday, and noticed that I didn't receive some things that were purchased a long time ago- so I don't really know what is going on there.

Yeah, I stalk mine   Part of the reason is because our shower is on the other side of the state and I need to know if we can just take our very fuel efficient car or if we'll need to take the gas hog Jeep to bring everything back....  I can send stuff home with my mom to bring back when I see her again a couple weeks later, but I don't want to inconvenience anyone!

My shower isn't till June and invites haven't been sent out yet, but I'm sure I'll stalk once they do go out. I was bad about stalking my wedding registry too, its just too tempting!

I never did and I still have one shower left!  I dont even look at it unless someone asks if I need something then Ill go to the registry to see what hasnt been purchased before telling that person I need this.  Ive found that most people dont shop by the registry anyway, they get you what they want.  lol

I do, but mostly because there are several necessity items that we registered for at multiple stores.  I check it to see if any of those items have been bought, so I can then go and remove them from the other registry.  It does kind of become a sickness though, especially because I have a shower this weekend!

Haha. I have a problem with stalking mine. Not too often, but about once a week. I'm just nervous that nobody will get anything from our registry for our shower. We had a shower 2 weeks ago, and we only got ONE thing from our registry...the rest were clothes.

I do. I can't help it. I justify it by thinking I can add more if there isn't a lot left to get what we'd prefer. It's  no win though--my shower is over a month away and there was a surge in purchases when the invites went out and not much since. So I obsess about what we'll need to go get ourselves and drive my husband nuts!

 I did it with the wedding registry though and still felt surprised in the end with who got what.

I was a total registry stalker. It is still a surprise to see who the gifts are from!   I did have a few things purchased from my registry that I haven't received at either shower!  So those are mysteries still!

I've been keeping an eye on mine (shower is June 4th) so that we can have an idea about what we will need to purchase after the shower is over and budget for it. I fully expect to receive 500 diapers and 100 onesies from people and not a thing off the registry, so we'll see how it turns out.

I do too, but Im always disappointed. I only got 2-3 things off my registry my last baby shower back home that my MIL threw me...  ( although I got lots of cute clothes which i needed too!)  I have another one coming up here for my local friends, and maybe people at work will get stuff off the registry. It kinda sucks though because I registered for things we actually need, and I don't want to go out and buy them quite yet, but seriously doubt people will get them b/c everyone seems to want to buy cute baby clothes and toys instead.

Me too.  Mine is this weekend, i check multiple times a day.  I can't help it.  I know no one bought anything at 10 am, but that doesn't stop me from looking.
