AW 4 month stats! (27 weekers)

We had our four month appointment and I am so happy with their stats!

Liam_ born at 2lb 11oz and 16.5in long  at 27w3d is now 12lbs and 23.5in long 

Hunter born at 2lb 14oz and 16.75 in long at 27w 3d is now 11lb 4oz and 23in long!

So proud of my little boys for how far they have come!
