How are the posts sorted?

I can't see posts I just responded to, and I can't figure out how to see the next page of posts.

I asked this question yesterday.  It's really not self-explanatory! Go to the top and click on "community" and then 0-6 mos and you'll see all the posts.  Or on the left sidebar click the 0-6.
