Doctor's Appointment

I was just looking at the schedule for my remaining doctors appointments and it looks like i will continue to go every 4 weeks for the remainder of my pregnancy.

Does this sound strange to anyone? I thought eventually we started going every 2 weeks and then got down to once a week.

I guess I will ask next time I go.

I start going every 2 weeks at 32 weeks and then every week at 36 weeks.

ETA - I know a lot of women start going every 2 weeks at 28 weeks though. I'm so glad I start at 32 weeks since going there and waiting forever is a b!tch.

I started the biweekly appts at 28wks. I know it varies, but I figured at some point everyone's switching to the biweekly/weekly appts. That is a little strange

Our practice starts every two weeks at 30 and weekly at 36.  I'd maybe call in and double check on that one.

This. Sometimes when you set up the appointments they don't know your situation or Dr's desires for appointment spacing.

I set mine up with minimal guidance from the appointment taker based on how they went with DS: monthly until 32, ever two weeks until 36 and then weekly. Only later did I find out that my MW would have wanted me in at 30w between my 28 and 32 week appointments.
