I feel dumb asking

but... are lamaze classes the same thing as birthing classes? I just signed up for birthing and breastfeeding classes and was wondering if they were the same thing. I feel dumb for asking but this is what this site is for right? :)

    I think they are the same thing.  Lamaze is just a specific type of birthing class (as opposed to Bradley, or hypnobirthing, etc.)
