Another stupid milk question - hormones

So we all know that rBST is bad and that everyone and his brother advertises that they don't treat their cows with it BUT what about other hormones? What do you look for when you're looking for a product for your family?

And the more I've learned about food, the more I've learned how much I don't know. You know? And for that reason, we just stick to local and organic, and as unprocessed as possible for all foods. Sure I'll eat out or buy a package of Newman's "Oreos" every now and then, and not beat myself up over it, though.
