What mp3's did you get? The package I'm ordering includes 2 free mp3s.  I know I want the Come Out Baby track, but I'm debating between the 2 VBAC ones & the plain Birth visualization (birth rehearsal) ones.

    my set came with the birthing partner's cd and visualize your birth.

    i got mine from amazon bc it was cheaper  than ordering from hypnobabies directly and had free shipping.... plus it gave me like 5 months of amazon mom/prime lol.

    I only did the free one and the come out baby one - listened to the come out baby one a few days and the night I went into labor.  Even if it didn't help get things going, it most definitely helped me to relax and be at peace with what was going to happen!  Well worth it - even my DH said he thought it was definitely money well spent.
