If I don't walk every day, I can tell a drastic difference in my sleep and comfort level. Walking seems to keep everything loose and moving. Old horseback riding injuries cause me to look like a 90 year old woman if I don't keep moving.

I typically have a very active/healthy lifestyle and my workout/eating is more for maintenance than for a weight-loss goal. Any weight I have attempted to lose has been around 5-10 pounds. I turn 30 in November and would like to be back to my "fighting weight" before then--that would be 4 months, which seems realistic.
