I so don't think I ever had hormone fluctuations that made me so moody when I was pg with DD. Instead I had the fluctuations that gave me HORRIBLE migraines. I definitely don't want those again (I think the acupuncture has been helping this time around)...but geez louise....I am a mess when it comes to my emotions & I am so freaking grumpy & just in a funk all the time lately.
What can I do?

In all seriousness. A lot of times if you make yourself happy, you will in turn actually become in a better mood. play happy music. Do something silly with DD. Dance. Relax in a warm/hot shower/bath.
You're probably right that it would help. Right now I feel like I have a little too much going on and DD probably isn't getting enough attention, which makes her act out, which makes me more cranky.

I'm with butler - music is my best therapy. Turn on some happy tunes and dance with your girl - it will probably help both of you get out of your funk. If that doesn't work, take a dip in the pool, and have a snuggle when she is all worn out - baby snuggles are good therapy too!
You can always come visit me and vent and/or get a hug!

Maybe you need a little time to chill and get pampered? A pedi or facial never hurts when I'm down. Also be sure to eat well and get a lot of sleep. Music. Plan fun things to look forward to. Take it easy on yourself. Get help with cooking/chores etc.
Eww I had the migraines during my pregnancy too. Hormones really mess with me also so I know how you are feeling.
