Know what I love?

Hamilton Beach Single Serve Ice Cream maker. Perfect. It gives me the perfect amount without feeling too guilty. And not having to make a huge amount.

I make chocolate with coconut milk, cocoa powder and sugar. Mmmm :)

well, you know, you can just put yogurt in it and it will freeze up, making it frozen yogurt.  See, still healthy :)

  • It truly is awesome.  You leave the bowls in the freezer and use when needed. They have to freeze for 8 hours I believe before you an use them though.

But you make your mix, get it cold, pull out the bowl, put the mix in, turn it on and ~15 minutes later (sometimes less) VOILA!  Soft serve ice cream.  :)
