Hard water=Dry skin

DH, LO and I live in Edgewood and are dealing with hard water at our house and I've been noticing LO is getting dry skin from it. I lotion him up after every bath and every morning before I get him dressed but his skin is so dry on his face and scalp it's flaking. anyone else dealing with this problem? any advice?

    Hi,

     I am 5 weeks and been noticing my skin becoming very dry and flaky. Lotion is not doing the job!! I believe it is because the weather.

    I agree with pp that the weather is probably playing a part (especially with all of the wind) but what kind of lotion are you using? DS has very sensitive/dry skin and regular lotion like J&J wasn't cutting it for him. The Body Shop has a baby skin care line called Buriti Baby and it has worked miracles on his skin.
