Acne issues now?

For the most part, this pregnancy has been wonderful for my skin! I used to have acne issues pre-preg, but when I got preg, it cleared up...Well, today I went into the bathroom and I have 3 or 4 huge zits on my face! I'm wondering if that's hormones changing again, or if the acne's just hitting late...I also woke up w/o colostrum issues this morning (usually it leaks out of my bra/pads)...

Anyone else having hormone issues?

Yes!  My skin broke out horribly at the end of 1st tri and lasted until about the middle of 2nd tri and then it completely cleared up.  I've noticed that it has started breaking out again in the past week.  Not a fan!

It's not breaking out on my face, but my boobs and back are another story!!! My back looks awful!!! I'm scrubbing it like 3-4 times a day and it doesn't seem to be working.  I can't wear cute tank tops without a little shrug to cover up my ugly back

My face is fine, but my chest and back are a mess.  I use more concealer on my chest than I do on my face at this point!  It's been that way for months - I blame hormones.  I've never had acne issues before getting pregnant.

yes I've noticed that too! My skin has been back and forth since being PG, but it cleared up for a while in the 2nd tri. I noticed the last couple of days though that it's getting bad again....ugh. At least this happened AFTER my showers, lol!

Ongoing since pretty much day one. I've seen a dermatologist for the last few years and the only way my skin was EVER good was while I was on a retinoid cream, but you obviously can't use that. I've been getting facials every 1-2 months and it's helped somewhat, but it's been bad (and ANNOYING) on my chest...the concealer doesn't work because I'm so freaking pale so I just look gross.
