You can still have one cup, maybe decaf if your worried. My MD said everything is fine in moderation. It has worked because I have only gained 10 lbs, so far so good with 3 weeks (or less) to go. good luck!
I do one 8 oz cup in the morning when I can tolerate it. Lately it seems to just make me nauseated. Then I end up with a lovely caffeine headache later.
Lol! I have seriously cut back on my coffee too. It was hard at first. I'm a two cup a day girl...now I have decaf (still some caffeine I know)--just one cup OR I wait a few days and have a fully-loaded cup. My OB yesterday said, "Have coffee, have chocolate, no big whoop" and I was kinda like..."OK?"--!?!? I know reducing caffeine must be good for baby. But now I'm thinking, "Hmmmm....one more cup!"--Blahhhh! I feel your pain (and weekends are the best time to enjoy)!
mmm coffee. I love the idea of it. I know I miss it. It just makes me sick (even the smell!) since I got pregnant. I have one or 2 cups of regular tea most days.
Like everyone else said, moderation
do half cafs to stay below the recommended amounts, have 3 of those

as long as you stay under 300mg (or whatever the measurement is) Maybe do a full strength then half and half with decaf for a second one?
This is what I do. During the first trimester however, I didn't have any coffee, but that was because of the MS. I never thought I could be sick of coffee (before the pregnancy I had 3-4 real coffees a day), but yeah...
