Is "sliced chicken breast" considered lunch meat?  I don't think so, but just had to ask.

If it's from the deli, then yes.  If it's you slicing a fully cooked chicken breast at home, then no.  I'd assume anything that comes from the deli department is "lunch meat."  The issue is often not in how the meat is made, but rather in how it's handled and sliced (and the cleanliness of the slicer and the nit's sliced in).

I agree with this, though I don't really avoid lunchmeat either way.

I have no idea, however my DH is so paranoid I have to heat my lunchmeat. I will be asking my Dr about lunchmeat next week at my appointment because Subway/Little King/something along those lines sounds super good!
