nystatin cream?

CD safe or no? I know I have seen this on here before, but never read the posts, sorry!!

Also, if your LO has a rash that doesn't go away, do disposables help get rid of it? They haven't seemed to make a difference for us and I much prefer the cloth, but I want his butt to clear up!!

    No its not CD safe.  You can use liners and stay in cloth.

    we switched to sposies while using it because we were told to slather on the desitin when we're not putting the nystatin on.

    He is doing a lot better so I think it worked. Plus the yeats live in the cloth diapers, so I think you would have to bleach and strip every time wou wash for a week or two while you are treating the yeast, right? I don't want to do that.
