Does anyone have a fork?

Because I'd seriously love to use it to stab my eyes out right now.

Some days I really, really, really hate my job.

 

Anyone else have any vents?

Is it sad that I thought you were going to say you had a cupcake or some other yummy treat that you needed a fork for? I really need to stop eating!

My vent for the day is obvious. Fvcking -HPTs!

Oh my gosh, I probably say "I want to stab myself in the eye with a fork" at least once per week. I feel your pain

I'm mad at myself for spending the better part of yesterday looking at nursery designs! Dumb! Why do I do that to myself!

I need to borrow your fork so I can poke my eyes out now! Enough with the nursery dreaming!

I hate that DH gets to all these fun assignments (to him they are just work) and work outside while i am stuck in this shi*thole office freezing my a** off - he is out in the beautiful sunshine getting tan!

And girl, you are preaching to the choir. DH goes on road trips..when they have down time they go to the beach..or they go to Grauman's Chinese Theatre or to a fun SEC baseball game...I mean, I know the man works his a*s off, but I'm totally jealous of all of the perks of his job.

Yes - i knew you would appreciated that statement!!! DH busts his a** everyday - as you know days of are few and far between - take today for example - supposed to be off -- working 2 till 4 am - 2 until midnight is a check point - outside - i mean how fun would that be (yes, yes i know the dangers) but i'd love it! And they joke around while standing on the road. how nice must it be to work with fun people.

I also confess that I know that if im not part of the solution, im part of the problem....meaning with my job...i complain day in and day out about it...however the ONLY reasons I stay are because it is close to home, I am not stressed by it, and it is flexible with DH's schedule and all these IF treatments. If it werent for that I would have left a long time ago....

I wish Mother's Day was actually something I could enjoy celebrating and all these FB about mother's day is annoying me b/c:

A) I am not a mom 

I lost my mom 2 yrs ago

c) I hate my MIL and I do not get along with her.

Go figure.

I agree with all of this. My mom died when I was 16. I don't *hate* my MIL but we don't really get along and I'd never use the day to celebrate her. Maybe that makes me a bad person...and DH will still be OOT so I get to deal with not being a mom, the pregnancy losses, my mom's death all alone. Fab.

I have a vent...

Why won't the freaking clinic call with my results and tell us whether or not we will get to move on!?!?! They close in 20 minutes and they STILL haven't called to tell us what time to trigger tonight (if we even can). GGRRRRR...ARRRRGGGG!

BIG HUGS TO BOTH OF YOU!!! I'm so sorry you lost your Mom's, that definitely adds to the sadness dealing with IF and not having a Mom to celebrate...
