will other follies catch up to dominate? Or is this a bust?

I posted this in IF, but you ladies may have answers for me too...  Ok, so heres the downlow.... this is my 3rd iui cycle. 1st cycle one follicle-bfn, 2nd cycle 2 follicles- bfn. today is day 11 and i was on the same protocol as the 2nd cycle except i started stims on day 4 rather than 5, and i only have one follicle at 15x13. With smallers ones at like 8 on one side and 9 on the other. So heres my question, is there a way to let this larger one go and stimulate the smaller ones to grow? also, I dont want to do another iui with only one follicle, i know it only takes one, but with the iui being 300 and it being out of town it costs about 500 just for the procedure. I would rather use that money on our last cycle which this one was going to be. I am just so crushed that we didnt have a better response this time and dont know what to do. I hope you ladies can help me out.I am on follistim 100iu from day 4-10 so far. have any of you used menopur? I have heard that it helps mature follicles? should I ask about this?

I don't think the 9 will catch up since your only on follistim and cd11, but who knows. Tripplets have resulted from follies that snucked up.
I've always used menopur a combination of menopur and follistim. And have good follie growth just haven't been successful.
Good luck on this cycle, one follie is a good thing. I know it's easier to say it but I've been there.
