Stressful day = contractions

Today we started the state test for ELA which was stressful enough as it is.  The teacher next door and I opened the wall and joined our two rooms together to test as a group.  After the test the third teacher from our academy sent her kids over to "unwind" after the test.  Needless to say 75 kids in one big room = a lot of noise and drama (they are 5th graders).  This triggered menstral type cramping and back pain which lasted an hour or so and I am very sore "down there" now.   

I still have 2 days left of testing and we agreed to close the wall as soon as the test ends to avoid any of this tomorrow. 

I REALLY hope this doesn't happen again tomorrow so I'm forced to go out early or put myself into pre-term labor.

Drink extra fluids and put your feet up when you can. Hope tomorrow is better!!!
