I've always loved my curves and no boy ever complained about them, so of course I showed sooner since I already had a pouch there. Some d-bag guy I work with just asked if I was pregnant with triplets. Bite me. Now I'm in a pissy mood.

WHAT AN A-HOLE!
He probably has some really really bad karma now...don't worry he'll probably get explosive diarrhea now!
I almost choked on my lemonade reading that!
I'm sorry he was such a jerk! He'll get what's coming to him though.
Theres no such thing as a chunky girl. Everyone is different. I'm very thin and feel very insecure about my body. I hate it and would do anything to gain about 30 pounds. I am no different thn someone that wants to lose weight.
I work with all males and they all think that I'm going to give birth to a skeleton....They said baby will probably come early so it can be here for Halloween.
I hate people sometimes. They have no idea how rude as* comments can destroy ones self esteem and to do while we're already insecure from being PG is really bad.
I usually just respond with "No I'm not pregnant, just fat. Thanks for asking!" It usually makes them blush and hopefully makes them think twice about asking someone else.
I've even said this recently (since I've gotten pg) to a friend of my H's grandma. I'm 11 weeks along, and aren't really showing yet. Its so rude for people to ask. Seriously, the rule of thumb is unless the babys head is poking out, and the woman is yelling "I'm in labor, get me a doctor!", you don't ask. And maybe not even then.
Off topic, I love that book! I went to buy it for a friends baby shower a few weeks ago, and now there is an Elmo one too.
