We're having spaghetti. It was a long day and I had some sauce in the freezer. But I'm saving this for later for the chicken recipe. I also really like the salsa chicken recipe for the crockpot that is always going around here. We're also having taco soup and sticky chicken this week (on different nights) and we had pot roast last night.
I don't feel like making anything, to be honest. I'm seriously considering making a couple of sunbutter and honey sandwiches, slicing up a couple apples, tossing a handful of baby carrots onto a plate and calling it good enough.
Re: WFD? Im getting ready to run to the store!
I thought you were going to say you can't possibly go because you can't go by yourself with the kids.
I would like to know WFD. DH is out and I don't cook when he isn't home. The kids are getting sandwiches. Goat Cheese with fig preserves.

My menu planning goes Thursday-Thursday so not sure what's after that...

Tomorrow - bbq chicken, salad, veggies. But if it rains i'll bake some tilapia instead of grilling.
Thurs - turkey burgers, homemade sweet potato fries
Friday - whatever we don't have tomorow (bbq chicken or fish)
Sat - Out to dinner for mothers day
Sun - Mothers day brunch and then takeout for dinner
We're having penne with homemade vodka sauce and garlic bread.
Tomorrow is curry chicken salad wraps.
