PSA for itchy bellies

I heard Boudreaux'a Butt Paste works great to soothe itchy bellies. I can't vouch, just passing along what I hear.

  • Hmm, interesting!  I have to be very careful with mine right now.  When I scratch it, it ends up hurting for a few minutes afterwards.  I think it's really sensitive and I don't realize it while I'm scratching.  Eeeee!

  • I swear by Mama Mio Tummy Rub Oil.  My belly hasn't itched yet and I've used it once/day since 12 weeks; twice/day since 20 weeks!

  • I've been using the Palmer's stretchmark lotion, and so far it's worked great! Although my stomach is now the softest part of my body ... haha!
  • It would make me giggle to use something called butt paste on my belly. Surprise

But that being said, my belly has just recently gotten itchy.  I got some lotion at a spa over the summer so I'm going to try that first.  If that doesn't work, I'll go for the butt paste.

  • I never thought to put it on my belly (been using BioOil), but I will say that Butt Paste works on almost any ailment!! I use it on DD for diaper rash, and we all use it for bug bites. It works great on razor burn and other skin rashes. I've found tons of uses for it ;)
  • The Butt paste smells awful, and it's so sticky, I use it on DS's bottom when he has a diaper rash, can't imagine using that on my belly.
