Does it hurt BAD (in your pelvis) when you sit up straight after laying down for a long time or 1st thing in the morning?? It almost burns it hurts so bad. I need stretching advice or anything that I can do to help the pain.
(I'm calling/going to see the dr tomorrow) because I'm trying to go back to work for a couple weeks after being on bedrest.

Here are links to 2 previous posts about this:

In link 2 I described some stretches that have really helped my pain. I do them 2-3 times a day and can really tell when I slack off. And the 2 Tylenol at night are life savers - I don't freeze in place when I first get out of bed to use the bathroom. Hot baths or showers also do wonders to make things feel looser - my OB's only advice with that is to make sure you're not sweating in the water because baby can't sweat to cool themselves off. Otherwise, I make it as hot as I can. I'm thinking this is a pretty common thing in pregnancy because so many of us have dealt with it and because my OB really seems to not think much of it. Good luck with finding relief, we've only got a little more to go!
