ETA:  They do!  There are tons.  I'm going to try Nikon Learn and Explore- free.

    The Nikon learn and explore doesn't have a lot of info. Basically it's a quick run down on ISO, shutter, aperture ect. It's nice though but not a lot of info. I haven't looked at other apps. Let me know if you like any others. I'm going to go check for some now, too.
