I ran into my RE at a restaurant tonight

I have a 3 year-old after trying 3 years and 2 m/c and lost his twin and 2 IVFs, yadda yadda, yadda...I am lucky to be pregnant again after beginning the process when he was 6 months old and finally got here again 2.5ish years later...very lucky. So I haven't been to the REs in about 18 weeks.

Today I was having a crappy day with other things in life and took my son out to eat because my husband was out with friends. I run into my RE and she hangs out with us us  for almost an hour. We talked about many things that are going on in her life at the moment. After we left and I was driving home I just started crying. She is a bit of an angel to me and how odd to run into her when I was having a bad day. Also, I really didn't realize how much she knew and remembers and has thought about. I am blessed to have been treated by her.

Just wanted to share this because I don't know if anyone in my real life would understand!
