I posted a little over a week ago about PP hemorrhoids and how painful it has been to poop. Well I found something that has made it a million times more comfortable-putting your feet up on a stool. I remember ckandi posted awhile ago that her MIL recommended a footstool for constipation and I had one in the bathroom for bathing DS so I tried it. Not only did it not feel like I was giving birth again but I also didn't bleed which is a first for me in PP pooping!
Thanks for the recommendation! I had healed up but just a couple of days ago it started again. I still think mine is a cut, not hemorrhoids but I think the same method would still work!
