Here's a dumb question for ya.

I opened one of my son's toys to replace the battery and there was orange liquid inside and on top of the batteries. Um, what is this? I threw away the toy to be safe and washed my hands since some got on my skin. But still, what was that?

    Yeah, I'd guess the battery corroded as well.  Hope the toy still works!  I've had things that stopped working after that.  I haven't seen it as orange liquid before, so that's new.  I've just seen white powdery stuff.
