Arcuate uterus

Does anyone else have this?  I just found out that i have an arcuate uterus and my RE told me that he doesn't think carrying more than one baby is safe for me.  He also mentioned the rick in preterm labor and m/c.  I also have PCOS.

Are there any success stories out there with a similar situation?

My uterus is most likely arcuate.  At first it was though to be unicornuate but taht was ruled out after a lap. During a saline sonogram, the doctor thought the shape seemed normal, maybe a little arcuate in shape.  I carried twins to 29 weeks.  Not really sure if my uterus had anything to do with it or if it was because of the twisn. I hope to be pregnant with a singleton sometime very sooon so we I'm hoping I can go full term and that it was just the twins and not the shape of my uterus.

FWIW, an acruate uterus is the considered a the mildest form of an anomaly and many women deliever full term babies with it. I was also told it does not increase risk of m/c.  Good luck!
