ladies, need your opinion

I've been doing pfs since we started CDing but now I am turned on to fitted. I see that have one size fitted but my son is already in large. I still would like to get one size for the future child (not till DS is 3). Is that pointless, will they even last that long? Should I just stick to the regular sizes or....

Just tell me what you think, I'm confused.

I've been buying o/s & larges for Saxton.  While we aren't planning on anymore children, I like then o/s more for daytime use and the larges for either.

My larges are heavier dipes, designed for overnight/nap usage.
